The customer didn`t ask for anything in particular, she just asked for a tray of sweets.
So here we go, from the right:

3. mini coconut macaroons (made with fresh coconut)
4. Chocolate profiteer rolls( eclairs) filled with fresh whipped cream
5. Snickers cheesecake in all edible chocolate cups

7. Home made chocolate with cheesecake filling and a drizzle of white chocolate
8. Hazelnut center home made chocolates

Happy Cake

My very dear friends Amanda and Bashan ordered this "happy cake" for a 70th theme party they were having.

This particular cake had 3 tiers: 2 of which were carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. The cake was then covered with hand made fondant made out of marshmallows.

These colorful wedding trays had a selection of wonderful goodies on them , from the outer layer : mini cupcakes, mini chocolate cheesecake, mini cherry cheesecake, cake balls with bride`s initials on them.

This cake was made with vanilla sponge cake and filled with butter cream.
This cake was small, but 2-3 more layers can be added if customer wishes.
